Opportunities To Develop Your Voice
At Mercy, leadership begins with finding your voice and having the courage to use it. Through opportunities to lead, serve, collaborate, and advocate for others, students develop the confidence, character, and sense of responsibility to make a difference in their school, communities, and beyond.
Step up. Speak out. Lead on.
At Mercy we believe every student has the capacity to lead. Through intentional leadership opportunities and experiences, young women learn to find their voice, listen with empathy, communicate with confidence, navigate challenges, and turn their ideas to action. Mercy students develop not only the skills essential to strong leadership, but the character to create opportunities, influence change, and lead with purpose.
From Student Body Officers, Council Members, Club Founders and Presidents, to Link Crew Leaders, Kairos Leaders, Admissions Ambassadors, and Team Captains, Mercy offers countless leadership roles where girls step up and lead with purpose. We encourage every student to pursue leadership through her own interests and passions, discovering the unique strengths she can bring to leadership. With hundreds of leadership opportunities to lead each year, Mercy graduates leave with confidence in their abilities and an understanding that their leadership has the power to make a positive and necessary impact on the world.
