The Tri-School Robotics Club is working hard on a number of projects! Also known as the 'Gear Gremlins', the club is made up of Mercy and Serra students interested in STEM. It is associated with FIRST Robotics, an organization designed to inspire students to be leaders and innovators in science and technology. They also host robotics competitions, and students are now in 'build mode' for an upcoming event at St. Ignatius, March 15-17! They would love it you could come out to support them! If you want to join the fun, the Robotics Club welcomes help from all parents, guardians, and friends of Mercy with STEM interest or expertise to teach and mentor our students. Please email Robotics@mercyhsb.com if you are interested - we could use your help!

Athlete of the Week:
Varsity Basketball Player Ryan Galea
Ryan, a Junior, is the constant energy for this year's team. Her hustle on every play is unmatched. Her motor is nonstop and she usually wins all hustle plays. Her effort is never a question. This past weekend, Ryan had 7 points, 5 rebounds and 4 steals vs Carmel. She followed up with 9 points, 6 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 assist vs. Scotts Valley in our big upset against the 6th ranked team in the divisional play-offs. Last night vs. Notre Dame, Ryan had 6 points, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 assists. Great job Ryan, great season. She now starts softball today!
