Serra Fashion Show Tickets

Want to see your daughter walk in the Serra Fashion Show on Saturday, April 28th? Don't forget to purchase tickets to the Mother's Auxiliary event HERE!

Summer School: 

Students and parents, if you are planning to take a summer school class to ADVANCE (not remediate), you must send your counselor proof of registration for this course as soon as possible. We must receive the transcript from the online or summer school by Aug. 1. Please contact Mrs. Conklin with questions or concerns. Click HERE for the Summer School Request form.

Honors, AP, Tri-School Classes

Students should check in regularly with teachers and counselors about their grades. It's easy to get distracted by the end-of-the year events! It is especially important for students who plan to take an Honors, AP, or Tri-School to maintain their grades. Don't hesitate to discuss this with a current teacher, counselor, or the department chair if you have questions. If we do need to remove students from an advanced class because of grades, schedules could be rearranged and may not be able to accommodate selected courses.

AP exams will take place May 7 - May 18. The library will be closed during this time. Students, please make sure you eat and sleep well, and arrive 20 minutes before the scheduled time of your exam. Chemistry, Chinese, Spanish, and French tests will take place in alternate classrooms. Please check with your instructor. All student cell phones must be turned off and put away. Students are strongly encouraged to attend classes before and after their exams, however, it is not required. If a student is planning to miss the first part of the day prior to a 12:00 exam, the parent needs to call the main office.

Senior Grad Nite at Disneyland is in less than a month. Please click HERE for details, as Disneyland changed the available dates and ticketing policies.  Thousands of seniors will be joining our celebration on June 9th now- meaning we will depart on Wednesday and return Thursday morning.  Tickets are limited and are on a first come, first served basis.  Forms are available now in Coach R-G's office.

Mercy Athlete of Week:

Lacrosse player Kathleen Napier

The lone Senior on the lacrosse team, Kathleen has proven to be a dynamic scorer on the team. Last week vs. Salinas High, Kathleen established a new Mercy individual single game scoring mark with 11 goals. She then broke her own mark, by scoring a new school record of 12 goals in the Crusader win over Notre Dame SJ on April 24. Kathleen has worked diligently to improve her skills so that she can play in college. She will have that opportunity as she will be attending and playing at Birmingham Southern College in Alabama. Great job Kathleen!

Mercy Burlingame is partnered with Cambridge Network's (f.n.a. gphomestay) residential program! Together, we are offering an incredible opportunity for Mercy families to host international students for Fall 2018! Year of Outreach and Solidarity

The Sisters of Mercy invite you to a year of special gatherings to enable Outreach and Solidarity with our neighbors who are suffering hate crimes, discrimination, and fear of deportation. During this year long program we will highlight the sacredness of each member of the human family in our global village. All events in the Year of Outreach and Solidarity are free and open to all.
