EDUCATIONAL TRAVEL
Science Research Trip to Yellowstone National Park
Easter break 2018
led by Ecology Project International
Winter in Yellowstone is a dynamic and thrilling season. Bison crowd around thermal pools while the park's predators prepare their own winter strategies. Travel and learn with EPI - you'll go beyond what most park visitors see by working with park researchers, studying animal tracks by snowshoe and heading to the Lamar Valley for a day of wolf observation.

*Best of luck to Senior Teme Fanguna who has qualified for the CIF State Track and Field meet in the discuss. Teme will be competing on Friday June 2 in Fresno. Her event starts at 3pm.
*All members of spring teams should have returned their uniform to the Athletic Director. Uniforms should be cleaned and laundered before returning. Any uniforms not returned by the end of the school term will result in the family being charged a replacement fee.
*We would like to give special thanks to Dr Neal Berger from the Soar Clinic as well as many staff members from Pacific THERx for coming to Mercy on Tuesday May 23 to conduct physical examinations needed for sports clearance. The Mercy High School Athletics Department is excited to offer our new varsity letterman jackets. Athletes who have lettered and competed in two varsity seasons of sport are eligible to order a jacket. Jackets can be worn with the school uniform on a daily basis and will be a long lasting memento of a high school athletic career. Jackets can be ordered for a base price of $115, which includes the block M. For an additional cost, athletes may embroider their name and sport, add their class year on the sleeve, and have a Mercy chenille patch on the back. Please see Coach RG (crietmanngrout@mercyhsb.com) for questions and an order form. Sample jackets are available to try on in the SBO Office. Jackets take about six weeks to custom make and will be delivered in the summer.
