*ALL PARENTS- Do you do drop off in the morning?  If so, please use your blinker when turning in the Main Gate.  Then, follow the arrows and stay on the correct side of the road.  It is very important for you to drive slowly, not only when on campus, but when driving on our local neighborhood streets.  We have had a couple near misses, and we want to avoid any accidents or injuries. Thank you for your cooperation.  If you have any drop-off questions, please contact Summer Dittmer at sdittmer@mercyhsb.com.

Make-up photos Did your daughter miss orientation? If so, then she also missed out on yearbook photos and she has not yet received an ID card.  The make up day is September 15th. Please remind your daughter to pick up her photo information sheet in the front office. All grades are required to take photos, but students are not required to purchase packages.

Athletics

Important Date: September 8th is the night for mandatory attendance of Parents/Guardians for the fall team sport meetings. In addition to meeting the coaches of your daughter’s fall sport, Parents/Guardians will hear a presentation from the Positive Coaching Alliance Group.  The entire evening will be from 6:30-8:00pm. It is required a member of each family be in attendance.

*Very Important: Every student who has made a fall sport must be fully registered with the Appryse system. You must click the Appryse link on the website under Athletics/Forms or click here, follow registration process, upload health form and sign parent consent. If you have trouble uploading the health form on the site, bring your completed form to the office and it will be put in the system for you. Once fully completed, you will receive an email back confirming you are fully registered. If you have not received email, you are missing some steps. Again, this must be completed before your daughter can participate on a team.

Any student athlete participating in a fall sport must turn in both the athlete and guardian contract found in the Athletic Handbook. Once final rosters are set for the fall teams, if the signed forms by both student and guardian are not turned in, the student will not be allowed to practice. Click on the handbook link and print a copy of the contract after you have read the handbook. The Athletic Handbook can be found on the website under Athletics/Forms & Athletic Qualifications. The contracts to be signed are at the end of the handbook. The completed contracts must be returned to the Athletic Director or to the main office.

*All students who still have uniforms from this last year, you need to turn them back to the athletic director as soon as possible. We are still missing many uniforms. Just a warning: Starting this fall sports season, uniforms will be tracked. If not returned, families will be charged a replacement fee.

*Any Parent who is available and/or willing to drive students to games must turn in all the paperwork to the main office in order to be cleared to drive. This would be for your own car or a school van. The forms can be downloaded from the Mercy website on the Athletics/Forms & Athletic Qualifications page.

  • On September 9 team pictures will be:
