Over the past 23 years, Cynthia has taught more than a thousand parenting classes and private coaching sessions. She authored the “Middle School Mom” column for Parenting on the Peninsula Magazine from 2010 through 2016.
In April 2017, Cynthia published her book, Ally Parenting: A Non-Adversarial Approach to Transform Conflict Into Cooperation, where she offers practical parenting solutions and strategies, and humorously shares her own experience of raising a daughter using examples of dialogue and parent success stories. The success of her Ally Parenting philosophy is based on parents realizing that the power to transform any conflict into cooperation begins with changing themselves first, and setting an example for their children to follow. This philosophy empowers parents and provides a concrete and hope-filled path to turn family conflicts into effective, collaborative discussions.
Cynthia’s book, Ally Parenting: A Non-Adversarial Approach to Transform Conflict Into Cooperation, will be available for purchase for $20.
