The Mercy High School campus is easily accessible by car, train, and bus. Our students live in 13 different Bay Area cities, from San Francisco to Palo Alto.
Mercy has several new transportation options beginning this school year, and we are happy to share that we have decreased the cost of the shuttle program for our families!!

Summer BART/CALTRAIN Shuttle Schedule
Here is a link to the schedule for the free shuttle (called Millbrae Burlingame Commuter route) from the BART/Caltrain station. The shuttle stops in front of the Mercy Retreat Center, and is called "Sisters of Mercy" on the map.
Public Transportation
BART: Ride to the Millbrae Station and take the Mercy shuttle or the North Burlingame shuttle (both free) to the Mercy Campus. The North Burlingame Shuttle operates before and after school, until 6:20 p.m.
CalTrain: Many students ride the train from the southern peninsula and SF. Ride to the Millbrae Station and take the Mercy shuttle or the North Burlingame shuttle (both free) to the Mercy Campus. The North Burlingame Shuttle operates before and after school, until 6:20 p.m. *Student rate tickets can be purchased at Mercy.
SamTrans: stops at the bottom of Adeline Drive and El Camino and is a short walk up to the Mercy campus.
Carpools: Families can sign up to be on the carpool list through the online enrollment forms. The list is shared in the summer and families arrange their own plan

For School Year 2025 - 2026
Mercy High School offers students transportation options to and from Mercy High School. In an earlier email, we asked Mercy families to complete a survey to determine the best locations to serve this year’s student population. Based on those answers, we have come up with the stops listed below. Families in need of transportation outside of the areas listed below are encouraged to contact Sandra Elgelda, Director of Admissions.
Morning Shuttle Program
In the mornings, Mercy offers transportation from the following locations to Mercy via a Mercy Shuttle Program and the Burlingame Commuter Program. The specific locations can be found on the link below. A fee is associated with the Mercy Shuttle Program, and financial assistance is available for families.

All families who would like to sign up for Morning Shuttle are asked to complete the following form by Thursday, July 17th. Confirmation will be sent home no later than Monday, August 4th. Please note: shuttle spaces are on a first-come, first-served basis.
