Summer 2018 Strength and Conditioning Sessions

All athletes who will be participating in a fall sport should utilize the Strength and Conditioning Sessions in order to be properly prepared for their tryouts/practices.

Cardio:

Meet by the Mercy pond at Mercy 9-11am

July 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th

Strength Building:

Two session options 3-4pm and 4-5pm. Both meet at the Grassilli Center on the following Mondays and Wednesdays:

July 2nd, 9th, 11th, 16th, 18th, 23rd

 

Cross Country

Cardio and Strength Building - Meet by the Mercy pond, 9-11am:

July 10th, 11th, 12th, 17th, 18th, 19th

Saturday runs with the Cross Country Coaches: Meet at Sawyer Camp Trail at the Black Mountain Road entrance on the following Saturdays, 9am:

July 7th, 14th, 21st

Golf

Meet at San Bruno Golf Center on the following Wednesdays, 3-4:30pm:

July 11th, 18th

Volleyball

Skills Development on the following Tuesday nights 7-9pm:

July 10th and 17th at St. Catherine’s Gym, Burlingame

Water Polo

Meet at the Mercy Pool on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4-5:30pm:

July 10th, 12th, 17th, 19th, 23rd

Basketball

Skill Development on the following Monday and Thursday nights, 7-9pm:

July 9th, 12th, 16th and 19th at St Catherine’s Gym, Burlingame

Lacrosse

Meet on the Mercy Green on the following Thursdays, 5-6:30pm:

July 12th, 19th
