Learning That Extends Far Beyond the Classroom
The Library and Resource Center serves as a space to study, explore, and grow with confidence, actively supporting each student in becoming a self-directed reader and competent user of information. Our Resource Center staff collaborates with Mercy's faculty, provides class and one-on-one instruction in research, and offers friendly help in exploring the library's books, magazines, and electronic resources, and in thoughtful use of the Internet.
Whether discovering a new book, experimenting in the Tinkering Lab, or collaborating through the Peer Tutoring Program, Mercy students are surrounded by the resources, encouragement, and community they need to reach their full potential.
Hours
- Monday - Thursday 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m
- Friday 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Please note, if a change in library hours is made it will be announced to the students via Schoology. The schedule for special activities and events will also be posted to Schoology. Please contact Ms. Johnson with any questions.

Mercy Library
The Mercy Library is a welcoming space for every student. Whether they are looking for a quiet spot to study, guidance on a research project, peer tutoring support, or simply a cozy corner to enjoy a good book, the library is always available to Mercy students. With a tinkering lab, a diverse collection of books and digital resources, and friendly staff ready to help, the Mercy Library is a hub of curiosity, creativity, and community.

Mercy Resource Center
The Mercy Resource Center ensures that every student has access to the tools, guidance, and encouragement needed to succeed. Rooted in our belief that all students deserve a fair and equal chance to reach their full potential, the Resource Center supports learners with academic accommodations, research assistance, and personalized study support. Our staff collaborate closely with faculty to teach research and information literacy skills, helping students become self-directed readers, critical thinkers, and competent users of information.

Tinker Space
The Tinkering Lab is a space where creativity comes to life and ideas take shape. From 3D printing, robotics and electronics to sewing, crafting, and beading, students have the tools and freedom to design, build, and explore. It’s a place to bring their curiosity and imagination into action.
Peer Tutoring Program
The Peer Tutoring Program provides student-led academic support while fostering a culture of collaboration, leadership, and empowerment. Teachers help to pair students together so those students who are thriving in certain courses can share their knowledge and support their sisters who need extra help in certain academic areas.
