Application Steps for 2017-18
All events will be available for registration in mid-August.
Inquiry FormComplete the Mercy Inquiry Form to sign up for all events and to receive the latest updates regarding the Admission Process and upcoming events.
If you are an 8th grader, schedule a Shadow Day to experience a day as a Mercy Crusader! Please check with your school for testing days and other events before scheduling your shadow day so that you do not have to change your date.

Priority Deadline: Monday, December 11, 2017
All AMES applicants and Financial Aid applicants are required to apply by December 11.
Fee $75.00 (application fee goes up to $100 after December 11, 2017)
Final Application Deadline: Wednesday January 10, 2018
Transcript Request Form
The Transcript Request Form should be sent to your daughter's current school. This is a "fillable" PDF form which the school can complete and email back to us.
Transcript Release Form
If your daughter's school requires a written release from the parent to send her transcripts, please sign this Transcript Release Form and give it to the school.
The following forms can be submitted electronically or in hard-copy. Electronic submissions are preferred. These forms are included in the online application and can be sent electronically (email address supplied by the applicant) to the recipient to complete and submit securely.
Teacher or Counselor Recommendation Form (required) – From one current teacher, school administrator or counselor.
Mathematics Placement Form (required) – To be completed by current math teacher.
Clergy Recommendation Form (Required for Archdiocesan FA*/Optional for others) – Submit this form to your church or faith community if you are actively involved in your community or church.
* This form is required for financial aid applicants in order to be considered for Archdiocesan assistance.
Take the High School Placement Test (HSPT) on January 13, 2018. You can register to take the HSPT at Mercy when you complete the online application. Click here for more information.
Doors open at 8:00 a.m.; test runs from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 12:00 p.m.
Students wanting to test with extended time require documentation. Please complete the Extended Time Test application. Extended Time test runs from 8:30 a.m. until approximately 2:00 p.m.
Applicants and their parents/guardians are required to attend an Admissions Family Interview on either February 3, 6 or 7, 2018. Select your date and time preference when you complete the online application.
For those applying for financial aid, applications are due on December 11, 2017.
Academic Mentoring Educational Support Applications (AMES)
Students with learning differences applying to Mercy’s AMES Program must include the following with their application:
- A currently active IEP, 504 Plan or other professional evaluation done within the last three years. Documentation deadline for students applying to the AMES Program is December 11, 2017.
- Application for extended time on the HSPT. This form is available within the online application for admission.
Admissions Decision Letters will be mailed Thursday, March 15, 2018.
Electronic notification of Admissions Decisions will sent on Friday March 16, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
Register for the Mercy Class of 2022 by March 26, 2018.
